Today the filing fee is $335 for Chapter 7 unless you asked for a fee waiver, and it is approved OR you asked for a payment plan.

Today the filing fee is $310 for Chapter 13 payable in cash (exact change – they do not process change) or money order to the United States Bankruptcy Court

Today the filing fee is $30 for an amendment payable in cash (exact change – they do not process change) or money order to the United States Bankruptcy Court

Directions:

80 Business downtown – 160 exit – Right on I Street, Right on 5th Street Parking Costs
80 I to 99 to J Street Exit – Left on 5th Street cross I Street park on left Parking Costs

• REMEMBER to take the second REQUIRED/MANDATORY class & FILE it.
• BE ON TIME FOR HEARINGS – THIS IS FEDERAL COURT.

The following Bankruptcy Filing Instructions are provided for your knowledge. For this format I used my most loyal client base out out of the Eastern District of California. These instructions apply to everyone except the address. I will provide you with your court information and a link for each case individually.

TO FILE IN PERSON

Sign and Take your ID and this ENTIRE package and your counseling certificate to the courts at 501 I Street, Room 3-200 (3rd Floor) 95814 – They will set up a payment plan for their fees or waive them per your request based on your case.

The trustee will ask for simple information (such as pay stubs, bank statements, last tax return) IN ADVANCE - 7 days... DO NOT BE LATE, a trustee called & warned he will dismiss cases for this neglect of your responsibility and obligation
